Κι άλλο παιδί γεννήθηκε απόψε,

κι άλλο λουλούδι βγήκε στην αυλή

λίγο νεράκι στο λουλούδι δώσε

πολλή αγάπη δώσε στο παιδί.

Μη λες πως κάθε ελπίδα έχει χαθεί
από συνήθεια ότι στέλνει ο ήλιος Φως
γεννήθηκε απόψε ένα παιδί
ελπίζει ακόμα στους ανθρώπους ο Θεός

Ο ύπνος βοηθά τα βρέφη να επεξεργαστούν τις καινούργιες πληροφορίες για το περιβάλλον από την προηγούμενη ημέρα. Τα νεογέννητα χρειάζονται 10-19 ώρες ύπνου το 24ωρο, τα μικρά παιδιά 9-11, οι έφηβοι 8-9 και οι ενήλικοι 7-9
